    Customer Service Representative

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Ensure that customers have a good time at the restaurant, look immediately into any
    • complaints they might have and ensure they are promptly resolved.
    • Maintain strict adherence to set service standards and ensure that procedures are followed.
    • Ensure that necessary resources and tools are available for quality Customer Service delivery.
    • Manage Customer Service database digitally
    • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, email, walk in or any other identified means.
    • Determine the cause of the customer’s problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problem.
    • Expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution.
    • Direct requests and escalate issues and ensure requests are fulfilled promptly.
    • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services.
    • Record details of customer interactions and give reports to the Restaurant Manager daily.
    • Devise and implement means to collect feedback on our meals and service from customers
    • Report to the Restaurant Manager daily on on all status of customer service enquiries handled or being processed by the Team.

    Requirements

    • 1-2 years work experience in a similar role
    • Knowledge of restaurant policies regarding personnel and customers.
    • Passion for the hospitality business

    Procurement Officer (Restaurant)

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Engage in strategic negotiations to achieve favorable conditions and strong supplier partnerships.
    • Prepare procurement execution plans and oversee the full array of materials management and procurement functions of purchasing, expediting, shipping, receipt and inspections of goods.
    • Ensure that procurement operations (contracts, purchasing, contract administration, expediting, supplier quality) conform to company policies and procedures.
    • Create and maintain good relationships with vendors, suppliers, donors and community partners.
    • Secure products and services at best possible pricing without compromising on quality or service.
    • Ensure requisitions are properly approved before purchases are made.
    • Develop and maintain a food management database to keep accurate records of inventory, purchases and waste of food, beverages and supplies.
    • Order products and supplies which includes determining the appropriate vendor (i.e. comparing price and quality standards) and entering purchases into the food management database.
    • Ensure food and beverage items are in stock at the appropriate time and in optimal condition, including items with short life spans like produce and dairy products.
    • Receive, verify accuracy and quality of orders before confirming receipt and contacting suppliers of incomplete deliveries and follow up to verify / confirm future delivery expectations.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Economics, supply chain, accounting or related field.
    • 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skill.

    Restaurant General Manager

    Job Summary

    • General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations including production within
    • the fast casual restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient operations, and profitability. This role requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a passion for delivering high-quality food and service.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee day-to-day operations and production of the restaurant outlets, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, procurement,       maintenance, logistics, and quality control.
    • Ensure the production department is functioning according to standard operating procedures
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
    • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures across all departments to optimise efficiency and productivity
    • Participate in recruitment processes, train and mentor staff to uphold company standards for service, food quality, and hospitality.
    • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration among team members.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to HR and leadership team to drive continuous improvement.
    • Monitor online sales/orders, online reviews and feedback platforms to address any issues and capitalise on positive feedback.
    • Ensure all e-commerce platforms are functioning at full capacity
    • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial goals to achieve profitability targets.
    • Monitor costs, including food, labour, and overhead expenses, and implement cost- saving initiatives as needed.
    • Analyse financial reports and key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
    • Participate in community events and sponsorships to support the restaurant presence and reputation

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
    • Proven work experience as a Restaurant General Manager, Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role.
    •  3-5 years of food and beverage service industry experience required.
    • Relevant professional qualifications are an advantage.
