National Sales and Marketing Manager at a Pharmaceutical Company

A pharmaceutical company in Lagos Nigeria with many years of being in operation is now recruiting for the position of National Sales and Marketing Manager.

Job Profile:

• Supervising the overall sales in Nigeria market;
• Supervise product detailing and presentations with stakeholders;
• Execute strategies on market penetration;
• Develop and implement an effective distribution and redistribution of the goods within localities within the country.
• Drawing up and implementing/ and monitoring plans and budgets;
• Developing and leading the sales team so they perform at their best;
• Collaborating with other departments to match resources with commercial objectives;
• Identifying opportunities and threats, and taking appropriate action;
• Issuing reports and analyses, including recommendations, to the relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Science related field.
• A good proven record in sales with experience in new product launch, redistribution of goods.
• Proactive with strong leadership skills and a team builder
• Age range from 31 to 40 years
