    NATIONAL SALES MANAGER (NSM/001)

     

    Job Summary
    To build and maintain a high performance sales organization to effectively achieve business objectives.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Create and implement effective sales strategies and lead nationwide sales personnel toward achievement of corporate sales objectives.
    • Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales organizaticn.
    • Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary.
    • Provide sales management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning.
    • Ensure effective hiring. orientation, training, development and retention of. .des staff.
    • Provide supervision through field visits, observations and measurement of results to include performance appraisals and salary reviews.
    • Proactively identify changes in market structure, delivery systems, and competitive pressures to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
    • Manage to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
    • Partner with the Manager - Corporate and Strategic Accounts in the development of key customer relationship management.
    • Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other departments (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, etc.) to address key business issues and opportunities.
    • Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies.

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor's degree (preferable in business) and 8 years in similar industry with at least 3 years in similar position

    SKILLS:

    • Experience and success in recruiting and retaining a high performance sales team and a demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse sales team.
    • Solid understanding of the beverage market and RTM
    • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales plans.
    • Proven business analysis and judgment with the ability to proactively manage business and P&L to meet objectives.
    • Demonstrated ability to professionally develop and coach team members.
    • Strategy development, project management, problem solving, and change management skills.
    • Exceptional negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally. Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.

    MARKTEING MANAGER (MM/002)

     

    Job Summary

    • Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet agreed company objectives
    • To evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implemen marketing plan alterations as needed.
    • To oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Assumes overall responsibility for developing the annual marketing plan for the organization; for strategic market planning; market research programs and control of the marketing budget.
    • Leads the creation of the category strategy for the company and ensures it drives a profitable growth
    • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
    • Establishes marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of products
    • Challenges channel and customer plans to fully support brand building and other brand and portfolio objectives
    • Conducts yearly portfolio performance analysis to ensure sustainable growth in profits, volume and value share
    • Ensures portfolio strategy is incorporated into the channel, RTM and customer strategy.
    • Challenges brand strategy to ensure ongoing consumer preference.

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing (preferably MBA) and 8-10 years in similar industry with at least 4 years in similar position

    SKILLS:

    • Solid understanding of the beverage market.
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.
