We are currently recruiting an assistant sales manager for a Real Estate Developer in Lagos, Nigeria.
Our client is a top 10 most valuable brand in the Nigerian Real Estate company with projects spanning over four dacades and offices in Lagos, ACCRA, London, Australia and Abu Dhabi.
The Assistant Manager, Sales is responsible for developing a sound understanding of his/her sales territory and building relationships with sales agents, property owners and company facilities managers in order to successfully sell or lease the properties in his/her portfolio.
He/she will be have ownership of the company database and will be required to actively gather and update information about their sales territory.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with working to a target and will have proven sales, communication and presentation skills.
The ability to work with CRM tools are an advantage.
Desired Skills and Experience
Our ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with excellent written, research and presentation skills. He/She will will have worked in sales for at least two years and possess strong consultative selling skills.
