Responsibilities:
· Facility Management
· Office Administration
· Internal Communication Management
· Coordination of Information flow
· Logistics
· Market research activities
· Support of the General Manager (Travel planning, Organization of meetings and events, etc.
. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel) and SAP Certified
Qualification and Experience:
· Diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics or similar
· Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
· Solid knowledge in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel) and SAP Certified
· Highly motivated to work on own initiative
· Good communication and teamwork skills
· Experience in Logistics/Distribution desired

· Compliance Surveillance

Qualification and Experience:

· Knowledge in Nigerian Tax Law, Accounting regulations and Labour Law
· Experienced in dealing with Compliance guidelines
· Skilled in HR administration
