We are currently in need of a building/construction project manager.
The individual is to ensure that assigned projects are completed within budget and on time and also to supervise activities in relation to the projects.
Evaluate solution deployment options while considering cost/time
Manage a team of professionals, consultants and work men to deliver projects.
Perform Earned Value analyses and recommend proactive measures for efficient time and cost management.
Ensure that required safety, health and environmental standards are kept at all times.
Provide regular and timely reporting of project progress
Manage project risks, mitigating as necessary.
Manage project deliverables in line with project plan.
Minimum of 5 years post NYSC working experience.
Engineering and managerial skills in the upstream oil and gas industry.
Willingness to relocate.
Possession of PMP will be added advantage.
Must possess excellent leadership skills.
Must be a team player.
Good communication skills.
Good computer skills- proficient in MS office suite.
Ability to use Microsoft projects, primavera or any other project management software.
Most possess organizational and analytical skills.
