    Sales Manager



    (A) Sales Target

    • Sales Manager is expected to meet and surpass sales target as agreed with management.
    • Sales manager is expected to create dealer/distributor network in each territory assigned.
    • Sales manager must ensure that bad debts are zero or non-existing.

    (B) Competitors Analysis

    • The sales Manager is expected to give a report on weekly and monthly bases as regards competitor’s product.
    • Sales Manager should suggest to management regularly on pricing to enable a stable competitive market price and effective sales.

    (D) Promotion

    • The sales manager would ensure the right kind of promotion will occur in every territory to create effective awareness, visibility and deep penetration in the market.

    (D) Logistics

    • The sales manager will liaise closely with the depot/warehouse managers to ensure that there is no stock-outs with distributors and to ensure that minimum order level would be maintained.

    (E) Product Development

    • The sales managers will advice management from time to time on introduction of new products into the market.

    Sales manager would report directly to the Managing Director (MD) via various MS Word platforms on daily, weekly and monthly bases.

    • Graduate in marketing, business administration or any other related discipline.
    • Minimum of 5 – 10 years cognate experience in the distilleries industry
    • Strong business writing and use of language
    • Must be between age 30 – 40
    • Masters degree/ Project Management knowledge is a plus.
    • Male candidates preferred
    • Must live in Lagos
