    Chief Operating Officer

    We are looking to grow our business  by hiring a highly-motivated Chief Operating Officer with solid management experience in Luxury & Premium Life Style Products. The suitable person must be a highly motivated leader who is entrepreneurial & manages through influence with sound business acumen, analytical & strategic thinker.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Build, manage and operate POLO business operations nationally and expansion into foreign markets

    •   Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth

    •   Responsible for modifying the organizational structure, sales process as needed to maximize the sales team productivity and achieve the company goals and objectives

    • Develop the strategies and plans to achieve sales results through clientelling, superior customer service, events, partnering and traffic generating actions

    • Develop & Maintain Long Term relationships with key retailers management

    • Develop annual operating budget as well as all project budgets and oversees them

    • Strengthen our visibility in the market

    • Manage client relationships

    • Monitor and provide accurate management reports showing performance, on a quarterly basis, along with relevant issues, opportunities and successes 

    Requirements

    • Ability to think strategically but also roll up your sleeves and get things done

    • Ability to  demonstrate process oriented mind-set and approach to sales

    • Demonstrate strong analytical mind-set and capability

    • profit centre management experience

    •  15+ years of sales  experience in a Luxury & Premium Life Style Products company

    •  Strong written communication skills

    • Excellent people leadership and management skills
