    Business Development Manager


    Job description
    The main objective of this role is to identify and qualify opportunities, develop and drive strategies to achieve YUZOS Nigeria Limited’s overall sales target.


    •     Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry/related events and translate it to maximize customer uptake as well as Transaction price point.
    •     Work with the Executive Management to develop and execute programs to drive sales pipeline and create stable sale cycles with minimal leaks.
    •     Lead efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share with new customers.
    •     Create, secures and grows existing business opportunities within named accounts.
    •     Educate customers on the YUZOS technology platform.
    •     Develop sales best practices to secure repeatable opportunities.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    •     First University Degree in related field.
    •     5 years experience of sales in digital marketing solutions and FCMG Industry.
    •     Strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills.
    •     Market and Industry Knowlegde.
    •     A track record of creating and nurturing business relationships as well as meeting or surpassing sales goals.
    •     Sales Planning – to actively identify prioritize customer needs.
    •     Ability to work independently with a strong drive for results
    •     Negotiation skills.
    •     Strong presentation skills.
