    Responsibilities

    Guest Service Manager

    Responsibilities

    •     Spot checks VIP guest rooms; greets and entertains VIP guests;
    •     Co-ordinates with the Sales and Marketing Division regarding reservation status;
    •     Acceptance of personal cheque and travel vouchers;
    •     Records all unusual incidents or complaints in duty logbook;
    •     Greets and assists all VIPs during their stay;
    •     Receives and screens guests for management;

    Job Responsibilities

    •     Co-ordinates with security and housekeeping department;

    Requirements

    Porter

    Responsibilities

    •     Supervises guest services in the lobby area and by bell boys, assists guests with parcel Packing/delivery requirement;
    •     Co-ordinates with front office cashiers for collection of unpaid accounts from departing guests before their baggage leaves the hotel;

    Job Description:

    •     To provide administrative support to the Executive Director, Senior Director, Finance and operations and other senior staff.
    •     Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
    •     Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.

    Job Description

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    •     Responds to all building related safety concerns.

    •     Inspects all room blocked for VIP arrivals;

    Laundry Manager

    Responsibilities

    •     Supervisor/dry clean/wash
    •     Provides valet service to guests;
    •     Distributes linen and uniforms to other departments as required and

    •     Supervises washers, pressers, linen sorters and Valet attendants, provides training to junior staff to

    Plumbing

    Job Description:

    •     Maintains, repairs and installs plumbing and related fixtures and components.
    •     Repairs piping of various size and type.
    •     Checks safety equipment and replaces components such as washers, gaskets, and filters.
    •     Inspects, repairs, or replaces pumps, valves and boiler systems, including swimming pool pumps.
    •     Services and maintains air compressors.
    •     Maintains and adjusts chemical treatment controls for the pool.
    •     Keep low pressure hot water heating boiler log
    •     Inspects and tests fire sprinkler system and booster pumps; prepares documentation for compliance.

    Room Attendant

    Responsibilities

    •     Picks up and delivers guests' baggage in and out of the hotel;
    •     Escorts guests from front desk to their rooms and introduces room facilities;
    •     Runs errands for executive office;
    •     Delivers newspaper/guest letter;
    •     Operates guest elevators for VIP arrival, Ensures flags are flying in the right position.
    •     Directs traffic and parking of vehicles at main Entrance;
    •     Provides door service to guests arriving and departing;
    •     Orders taxis or hires car for guests upon request.

    •     Minimum of SSCE certificate.

    Delivery Men

    Job Description:

    • The deliveryman is responsible for the pre-operational check of the delivery vehicle to be used: this inspection shall include all easily accessible fluid levels (oil, battery, radiator, and fuel), lights, brakes, and tires with an immediate reporting of any unsafe check to the Director of Facilities, if the deliveryman is not capable of correcting the unsafe condition.
    • The deliveryman is responsible for the safe and prudent operation of all delivery vehicles.
    • Delivery and Pick Up
    • The deliveryman is responsible for the safe portal-to-portal delivery of all items entrusted in his care, depositing all items in the place designated by the recipient.
    • The deliveryman is responsible for transporting such books, foods, materials, equipment, supplies, mail, and other items required by the schools and district, or as designated by the Director of Food Services.
    • The deliveryman is responsible for the delivery of all schools, district, and U.S. mail to the designated recipient on a regularly scheduled basis as established by the Director of Food Services.

    Qualification

    Linen Attendant

    Responsibilities

    •     Checks uniform supply;
    •     Stores and controls Replacement of household supplies;
    •     Controls Supply and distribution of all house linen;
    •     Keeps Up-to-date stock records;
    •     Checks and repairs staff Uniforms/house linen, provides service to guests when required;
    •     Repairs curtains and drapes.

    Requirements

    •     Minimum of SSCE certificate.

    Laundry and Valet Attendant

    Responsibilities

    •     Operates all linen finishing equipment and Laundry machinery;
    •     Reports to laundry manager of any machinery's malfunction;
    •     Handles the daily distribution requirements for all bed and bathroom Linen and monitors that linen is loaded onto bins for the housekeeping departments;
    •     Maintains adequate supplies of food and beverage linen on shelves for distribution;
    •     Fills requisitions after Proper authorization, makes regular inspections of the quality of laundering;
    •     Sorts out laundry Garments from the dry clean garments;
    •     Makes sure of proper identification by use of tags and tickets;
    •     Checks and bags the order to be distributed by Runner.

    Facility Manager

    Job Description:

    •     Deliver excellent customer service, at all times, ensuring guests’ comfort and safety.
    •     Deal with all inquires in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail.
    •     Assist in keeping the hotel clean and tidy, at all times.
    •     Deal with customer complaints in a professional manner.
    •     Keep up to date with current promotions and hotel pricing, to provide information to guests, on request, while maximizing bedroom sales opportunities.
    •     Manage and maintain the administration of all reservations, cancellations and no-shows, in line with company policy.
    •     Propose and implement effective marketing strategies to maximize room occupancy levels.
    •     Complete all daily administration tasks as required.
    •     Ensure that all bedrooms/conference rooms and areas under your responsibility are checked thoroughly at the end of every shift, confirming that they meet our standards.

    Responsibilities

    •     The Cook is responsible to the Chef and Manager on duty

    •     Ensure menus are displayed showing choices.
