    Director of Marketing & Communications

    Job description
    MISSION
    Based on the business objectives defined by the Group CEO, you have the responsibility to define the marketing and communication strategy of the group and ensure its implementation.

    AWARD

    •     You design the strategic vision of the group you déclinerez marketing and communication strategic plan based on the objectives set by the Group CEO.
    • Based on studies that you have initiated, and information from the competitive intelligence you offer new products abandonment, or adapting old based on recognized market needs
    •     You follow the evolution of sales and contribution by country, sector, representatives, products and inform the general direction of discrepancies and propose solutions that address them.
    •     You propose the annual and multi-year operating budgets of your organization and ensure regular monitoring.
    •     You participate in the design of new products and directly supervise the launch.
    •     You set up a dashboard for monitoring the activities of marketing and communications of all group entities.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    •     Higher education in management, business or marketing and / or communication.
    •     French, fluently bilingual (French and English), or English with a good command of the French language, strong (e) of ten (10) years of successful experience in a similar role with a good knowledge of the audiovisual environment and experience in winning the contract or project management.
    •     Leader, dynamic, autonomous, and creative force proposal, with a great ability to persuade and negotiate, you are multicultural, attracted by the diversity and are endowed with a great capacity for adaptation. Result oriented with an analytical mind, you show great planning skills.
