PURPOSE
The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to invite prospective vendors to submit a written response (“Response”) for the procurement of car hir services in all states of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The solicitation provides prospective vendors with the relevant operational and performance requirements.
Please note that this is not a Request for quotation (RFQ) nor a commitment from Pact Nigeria to fund any organization that responds by sending an expression of interest. Pact Nigeria will release a detailed Request for Quotation (RFQ) to only pre-qualified vendors.
What type of organization are we looking for?
Pact is looking for reputable organizations duly registed in Nigeria with the Corporate Affairs Commission and have the relevant license to operate as an Car Hire Service in Nigeria. The organisations should also have the interest, capability, and financial strength to supply Pact with the product and/or service it requires at any time where necessary.
Targeted geographic area: The organization must be located and should be able to provide car hire service to Pact in at least one of the states in Nigeria, with particular reference to the Federal Capiital Territory, Lagos, Nasarawa, Plateau, Cross Rivers, Akwa Ibom, Kano, Kastina, Adamawa, Gombe and Taraba States.

A technical panel will be constituted to review the EoI and shortlist organistaions based on the criteria listed above.
Only organizations that satisfy the Pre-qualification requirements will be Contacted.
Interested organizations are encouraged to send in any request for clarification via email to pactngprocurement@pactworld.org not later than 3 working days to the bid closing date.

The EOI Number “EOI-PACT-CHS-03-20” should be boldly written on the top right corner of the Pre-qualification submission envelope, while the name of organization expressing its interest should also be clearly written on the rear of the envelope.
Late submissions will not be considered or accepted.
Note: This advertisement shall not be construed as a commitment on the part of Pact to appoint any organization nor shall it entitle any organization to claim any indemnity from Pact. Importantly, all costs incurred by bidders because of this process and any subsequent requests for information shall be borne by the bidding organizations. This would include any costs incurred during functional demonstrations and subsequent meetings and negotiations.
