    Project Development Associate

    Responsibilities / Requirements

    • Assist Project Manager in development of generation power plants
    • Candidate must be have an in depth understanding and experience on implementing Power Plant projects, and thorough knowledge of project management regulations, guidelines and relevant standards and one who has a keen commercial acumen and proven effectiveness in the optimization of quality versus time versus cost.
    • Candidate must have broad experience in Power Plant development and management, particularly in challenging geotechnical locations, and will be comfortable applying professional project management methodology and best practices.
    • Candidate will be responsible for identifying all personnel requirements, project and construction scheduling, sub-contracting (including monitoring and reporting on the performance of subcontractors), site supervision, cost estimation and budget, and documentation services for site works and subcontracts.
    • The role requires holistic insight, expert knowledge, innovativeness, and an ability to work seamlessly with all project participants. Instantaneous problem solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills, are essential aspects.

    Qualifications

    • University degree in Engineering (minimum of a second class, higher division)
    • Familiarity with Oil & Gas and if possible Power Industry
    • Experienced with Project management – Microsoft Project, Agile etc.
    • Have experience in power generation for a minimum of 5 years
    • Previous experience operating and managing power plants
    • A proven track record of project delivery in the power sector.

    QMC & FSSC Manager

    Our client, a leading manufacturer of metal packaging products, is in need of an adept QMS & FSSC Manager

    Location: Ota, Sango

    Responsibilities:

    • Overall upkeep of QMS and FSSC records
    • Lead Internal auditor team for internal audit
    • NC and observation closure
    • Effectiveness of NC closure
    • Ensure smooth external audit for QMS & FSSC
    • NC closure and its effectiveness
    • All process revisit based on business requirement
    • Monthly Quality MIS and report to TOP management for review
    • Work with customers, employees, suppliers and outsourcing firm to develop product requirements
    • Record all deviations and its effectiveness at customer end
    • Product recall from customer end based on effectiveness of deviation
    • Responsible for verification of timely calibration of measuring instruments
    • Keep up on standards ,regulations /laws ,issues and news with respect to product quality
    • Set up FSSC policy and support with goals and objectives

    Requirement

    • B.Tech/B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering or any other related field
    • 10 years’ work experience
    • Experience as a Certified Lead Auditor for IMS (ISO 9001 2015/14000 2015/OHSAS) & FSSC
