    IT/Front Desk Personnel

    Requirements:

    • A graduate of any discipline with at least 1 year experience in Information Technology, Computer Science
    • Ability to use Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.
    • Ability to troubleshoot IT related issues such system updates, printers, etc.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Good time management skills.
    • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
    • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.

    Job Description.

    • Set up and maintain company IT system and troubleshoot IT related issues
    • Monitor and control company Access Control System and visitor management system
    • Perform receptionist duties such as greeting clients and guests
    • Maintain and update company website
    • Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing mails, etc.
    • Manage and Post on Company's Social Media profile i.e LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram
    • Be the first point of contact as front desk officer
    • Receive mails and correspondence and dispatch same appropriately
    • Provide excellent customer service.
    • Scheduling appointments.
    • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
    • Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
    •  Announcing clients as necessary.
    • Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
    • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying and faxing
    • Preparing meeting and training rooms.
    • Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary.
    • Perform any other task as assigned by Management
