    Project (Traffic) Manager

    The Project Manager, plans, budgets, oversees project as regards advertisement, campaign  to ensure the desired result is achieved, the most efficient resources are used and the different interests involved are satisfied.

    Project manager works closely with the Communication Director, to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities

    • The Project Manager is responsible for scheduling each member of the agency team working on a campaign to ensure smooth advertisement production progress.
    • Responsible for the Coordination of different people inside and outside the communication team; prepare framework for planning workflow.
    • Controls and monitors workflow progress of ad production/briefs through different departments and external suppliers, and adjust schedules to deal with any delays or problems in allocation of resources.
    • Responsible for setting up administrative systems to help track time, cost and progress on each campaign; issues purchase orders to external suppliers and ask them to quote the job number on their invoice.

    Competency and Skill Requirements

    Academic Qualification

    Minimum qualification of Bsc.

    Work Experience

    Minimum of 1 year experience, preferable in a similar environment

    Personal Skills

    A committed born-again Christian, with a personal and active relationship with God
