Our client, a fast paced company in the heart of Nigeria, is in need of a sales assistant with the following requirements.

Job Role

• Sales assistant.

Job responsibilities

• Generating of waybill’s for customer’s orders
• Processing payments when necessary.
• Ensure all client’s orders are processed and delivered.
• Ensuring stock levels are well maintained.
• Other Administrative duties within the sales department

Salary Scale
Thirty-Five Thousand Naira (35,000)

Job Requirements
• Must be at least an OND graduate
• Must be computer literate
• Must be diligent and hardworking
• Ability to work under pressure

• Be willing to work on weekends

Requirement

• Graduate of a reputable institution
• Related  experience as a country trainer in Mobile Phone industry is an added advantage
• Familiar with the mobile phone industry

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process; developing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance; scheduling orientation drive-alongs with senior representatives.
• Determines training needs by traveling with sales representatives; observing sales encounters; studying sales results reports; conferring with sales managers.
• Providing coaching; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources.
• Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions.
• Supports training financial objectives by recommending budget items; controlling costs.
• Updates job knowledge in the mobile industry
• Accomplishes sales training and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Capable of being a country trainer
