    People Operations Assisstant

    We are looking to hire “People Operations Assistant”. This is a role where you will report directly to the People Operations Officer. In this capacity, you will be supporting your location with the people operations and other administrative functions majority of the people operations functions, including recruitment of office support staff, providing updates for monthly payroll, and handling the payment for office requisitions.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Supporting the people operations lead, in generating reports on employees, including headcount and turnover
    • Handling recruitment of support staffs, onboarding, and training as required
    • Ensuring employee behavior conforms with employees’ handbook
    • Managing exit procedure for support staffs
    • Conducting a performance audit
    • Prepare job adverts and post job adverts in line with recruitment needs
    • Maintaining up to date staffs record
    • Participating in disciplinary and termination meetings
    • Addressing personnel related issues
    • Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by Team Lead

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Social science discipline or any related discipline.
    • 2 years’ proven experience as human resource personnel, administrator or similar role.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
    • Highly detailed oriented
    • Able to work independently
    • Commitment to process improvement.
    • Great at time management, multitasking, and prioritizations skills.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Listening skills
    • Organizational skills
    • Ability to generate new ideas and demonstrate conviction and influence


    Location: Ilorin, Kwara state – Role may require some domestic traveling
