• This highly rewarding position is for an experienced, innovative and passionate Visa consultant with expert knowledge on visa processing accross various countries.
• Candidtaes who can also use either GDS' Amadeus / Galileo will be in a better posison.
• Take care of client’s passport and visa processing.

Responsibilities

• Ability to handle all visa related work and communicate with clients and embassy officers
• Prepare check lists for visa applications
• Familiar with documentations needed for popular destinations
• Ensure security of passports and other documentations at all times.
• Provide real time updates to clients on application progress
• Ensure correct fees are paid
• Ensure service delivery
• Pick up calls and answer general email queries on visa application
