    Talent Acquisition Manager


    Location:
    Lagos Island.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the development of talent acquisition strategies, hiring plans and refining recruitment processes
    • Manage delivery of end to end Recruiting service across all hiring levels, including branding, sourcing, and contracting
    • Design and implement employer branding strategies to attract top calibre talent in the Region. This includes the definition and practical implementation of an Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
    • Track and use key metrics to drive continual improvement regarding recruitment decisions, to ultimately improve the quality of hire
    • Ensure that recruiting services effectively meet business demand for professional and niche skilled requirements
    • Act as an escalation point in relation to recruitment service delivery issues and provide recruiting direction and leadership as part of the People Optimization Team.
    • Foster collaboration and liaise with business stake holders and hiring managers
    • Establish highly efficient and effective work procedures to ensure high quality recruiting services are provided
    • Provide regular and ad-hoc recruitment analytics/ reports/ management information for key stakeholders in the business
    • Contribute to a positive team culture and working environment
    • Responsible for candidate tracking to drive efficiencies and to push the strategic direction of effectively engaging the candidate at all stages in the process
    • Build a positive candidate experience, manage candidate groups, and preserve relationships for those candidates not selected.
    • Ensure the recruiting process is in alignment with our company’s business policies and procedures by fostering and examining workforce plans, understanding the labor markets, and looking at global considerations.
    • Understand the various workforce segments and the positions within these segments, as well as the skills, competencies, and experiences required for success.
    • Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
    • Design and manage the implementation of graduate and intern recruitment intakes across the Region (sourcing, selection & on-boarding)
    • Drive line manager education & communication initiatives to increase business awareness of Recruitment policies, processes and systems.

    Requirements

    • Experience working in a financial services firm or consulting background working on finance related roles,
    • B.Sc. in Human Resources Management or any course in Social Sciences
    • Master's degree
    • Professional certifications in HR
    • A minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in a similar role
    • Experience recruiting Finance/ IT/ technology skill sets recommended.
    • Good decision making
    • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
    • Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
    • Team player
    • Self-Motivated
    • Good time-management skill
