In addition to other requirements must have at least five years experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel; extensive experience in the OPERA suite of Hotel Management systems, and other front office systems and be able to be involved in the recruitment, induction and training of all Front Office staff:
In addition to other requirements must have at least five years experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel offering an extensive Food and Beverage service. including buffet. al a carte and fine-dining, banqueting, room service and an elegant Cocktail Bar. Proof of experience in innovative beverage and dining menu creation, working with our Executive Chef, will be required. Experience in the Micros PoS systems will be required. The successful incumbent will be involved in the recruitment, induction and training of all the Food and Beverage staff.
Senior positions will have received the appropriate training and experience in similar positions in kitchens of an International standard.
Will require at least 3 years experience and a proven record of success in a similar position in a luxury hotel.
Will hold an appropriate qualification or certification in engineering skills relevant in the commissioning, ongoing and preventative maintenance of equipment and services inherent in a modern hotel building.
Will have worked in the security industry and have experience in the supervision, planning and implementation of security services in a hospitality environment.
Should have at least three years experience in a luxury hotel, preferably as a Housekeeper, or Head Housekeeper level. Must be experienced in the processes required to operate an in-house laundry and have a high level of administrative skills.
