    Facility Technician


    Job Description

    • We are in need of Facility Technicians such has Electricians; AC repairers and others house holds equipment’s
    • A facilities technician is responsible for scheduling the repair and maintenance at all the facilities of an organization
    • He conducts regular tests to identify any irregularity in the electrical systems, machines, furniture, or other materials that are important for the functioning of the facility.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform facility inspections and report on condition affecting operations.
    • Respond to emergencies;
    • Monitor and repair facilities systems and technical devices directly supporting test and building operations.
    • Conduct activities to manage facilities for special events.
    • Involve in office building safety like routine fire extinguisher safety check and security administration.
    • Supervise and assist smooth functioning of toxic gas detection and fire alarm system.
    • Assist in hazardous waste management.
    • Participate in Emergency Response Team as needed.
    • Assist planning and scheduling of installation, care, and repair of facilities and equipment.
    • Ensuring the safety of the staffs and the facilities
    • The facility technician is in-charge of supervising the housekeeping staff and ensure that a clean and hygienic environment is maintained in the cabins, hallway, reception, warehouse, and in all other parts. He also instruct the cleaning staff to follow a specific schedule to carry out the cleaning tasks.

    Requirements

    • OND/HND in Facility Management
    • 5-7 years of Solid experience
    • Good Mechanical and Technical Skills

    Job Description

    • We are in need of an HR Assistant personnel who can handle the daily administrative and Hr duties of an organization, someone who assists the Hr manager with recruitment, record maintenance, payroll processing and also provides clerical support for all employees.
    • HR Assistant should display remarkable conflict management and decision-making skills with a solid understanding of employee relationships, staffing management, payroll, and benefits administration.
    • Someone who is superb at problem-solving, efficient in scheduling and precise in the recruitment process.

    Responsibilities

    • Submits employees’ data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
    • Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information.
    • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
    • Organizes work.
    • Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
    • Supports human resources processes by administering tests, scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information.
    • Answers the telephone, reply messages, and maintains equipment and supplies.
    • Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
    • Setting KPI for new employees
    • Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
    • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc or HND in Human Resource Management or related field
    • 2 years of experience as an HR Assistant (essential).
    • Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
    • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
    • Exposure to payroll practices.
    • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
    • Excellent written and verbal
    • Communication skills.
    • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
    • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
    • Meticulous attention to detail.
    • Ability to accurately follow instruction.

    Painter


    Job Description

    • We are looking for painters who will be responsible for mixing paints, matching colors, preparing surfaces, and applying paint to the surfaces.
    • Also performs touch-ups or coordinate large painting projects related to the construction industry.
    • Preparing painting surfaces by washing walls, repairing holes, or removing old paint. Mixing, matching, and applying paints and other finishes to various surfaces.

    Responsibilities

    • Moving furniture and equipment as necessary to reach the entire surface of the project
    • Quoting and negotiating job prices
    • Calculating the amount of materials and time required for said project
    • Providing decorative and faux finishes as the project requires
    • Preparing the surrounding area by covering with cloth or plastic to prevent messes
    • Removing fixtures such as door knobs and light switch covers
    • Taping off areas as needed
    • Choosing and purchasing paint, brushes, and other supplies from vendors
    • Cleaning up supplies and replacing fixtures when project is complete
    • Communicating with clients to ensure they're getting the look they're hoping for

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a painter
    • Excellent knowledge of painting material and how to select, mix and apply them
    • Solid knowledge of commercial and/or construction painting techniques
    • Aptitude in using appropriate tools (brushes, caulking guns etc.)
    • Good basic math skills
    • Manual dexterity with excellent balance to work on scaffolding, ladders etc.
    • Conscientious with great attention to detail
    • Successful completion of an apprenticeship
    • Qualification: SSCE/OND
    • Experience:3 years
