• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
• Developing detailed project plans to track progress of project using appropriate tools and systems.
• Coordinating project activities, resources, equipment and information.
• Monitoring project progress and handling any issues that may arise. Reporting and escalating to management as may be needed.
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
