    HR Manager (M/F)

    The ideal candidate brings a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm and is feeling comfortable in a dynamic fast-growing environment.
    In this role you will work closely with the CEO, CFO and the director of Operations.

    Your job description:

    • Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions and ensures policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance;
    • Develop and administer people processes and procedures for an 3PL employee workforce;
    • Develop, implement & maintain the full QSHE program;
    • Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, support managers with training and coaching of the teams as needed;
    • Write & update job descriptions to align with organizational structure & job evolution;
    • Develop, recommend and implement Company policies & procedures;
    • Preparing and updating handbook annually the employee;
    • Monitor performance evaluation cycles;
    • Conduct annual job evaluation and compensation analysis;
    • Contribute to full-cycle talent acquisition and local hiring strategy in partnership with Director of Ops to rapidly scale personnel;
    • Interview candidates, conduct reference checks, extend job offers;
    • Oversee the tactical efficiency & continual improvement of in-house talent acquisition processes;
    • Administer Employee Lifecycle process & procedure from on-boarding of new hires to off boarding & conducting exit interviews;
    • Monitoring career-path programs & employee development initiatives;
    • Establish & maintain all HR department records, reports, procedures;
    • Manage company assets & office security & company office cleaning program;

    Additional expected (personal) skillset:

    • Accessible, openminded, energetic, confident, pro-active personality;
    • Ability to translate company targets into personal targets & HR department target;
    • Good communicator between all levels of the organization and hands-on mindset;
    • High degree of professional ethics and ability to maintain confidentially;
    • A self-starter with the drive & motivation to structure the HR department;

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • 1st degree holder (BSC or HND or equivalent degree);
    • a master’s degree will be an add value;
    • minimum 5 years of experience in HR, administration, management of people, Nigerian Law relating to personnel;
    • good interpersonal skills who will be liaising with Government Officials & maintain cordial
    • relations among teams;
    • candidates should be a professional user of MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word,
    • Excel, PowerPoint as well in other HR related software tool;
