    Business Sales Manager

    (BSM10/19)

    Description:

    • Responsible for planning, forecasting and implementation of sales plan, achieving sales targets, leading team, identify and develop relationships with corporate clients.
    • Design marketing campaigns aimed at retention and value preservation
      Deliver out of the box campaigns that will enrich customer experience which will increase: Customer Life time value and Revenue for existing client leads
      Build close relationships with other business functions including product management, marketing communication and technical to execute campaigns and evaluate them periodically
      Carry out market research and customer surveys to develop appropriate new revenue streams utilizing company in depth expertise areas
    • Design, develop and implement policies to guarantee monthly sustainable revenue stream alongside periodic propelling revenue stream within the tenets of company budget to optimize company core competences
    • Develop sales strategies to generate client loyalty, catalyse brand positioning and company awareness across existing operating industry and new markets.
    • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements

    Additional Information:

    • Experience using appropriate ICT powered tools to attain desired unit target gaols relevant for job
    • Minimum experience 6 years.
    • At least 2 years Senior Marketing experience
    • At least 2 year experience enterprise corporate sales management
      Travel at short notice relevant for the successful candidate
    • Qualification: Commercial/ Marketing/ Business/ Sales degree
