    Account/Admin Executive


    Location    : Port Harcourt, Rivers

    Job Description

    • We urgently seek the service of a passionate and hardworking accounting staff to perform some accounting/administrative roles in our client’s organization.

    Job Expectations
    Applicants should be able to:

    • Handle the company accounting books
    • Make use of Quick Books accounting software in posting and reconciliations.
    • Review and reconcile daily postings and tickets.
    • Perform some branch administrative and supervisory roles.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
    • Prepares weekly and monthly administrative report for management.
    • Represent the company in external meetings.

    Qualifications

    • BSc/HND in Accounting or Financial Management.
    • Must have not less than 3 years experience managing the company books using Quick Books accounting software.
