Requirements
- Extensive sales and marketing skills and hands-on experience
- Track record of success in winning outsorcing business
- Strong recruitment experience for management level positions
- Minimum second class honours degree from a recognized University
- Minimum of 5 years managing outsourcing projects
- Minimum of 5 years experoience in Recruitment at management level
- Ability to set and deliver on targets
- Team leadership skills
