    Front Desk/Client Services Officer

    Job Description:

    •     Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
    •     Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
    •     Make preparations for Executive committee meetings & other meetings
    •     Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
    •     Provide word-processing and secretarial support
    •     Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
    •     Greet, assist visitors and the general public
    •     Assist the Head of Admin and other staffs as requested
    •     Perform other related duties as required
    •     Deliver excellent customer service, at all times
    •     Make sure office is kept clean & tidy throughout the day.
    •     Report any maintenance issues immediately to line manager, including all furniture, fittings and equipment
    •     Provide administrative support to Admin Department in maintain routine employee lists/reports, as required
    •     Carry out instructions given by the Administration

    Requirements

    • HND/First Degree qualification required
