Job Description

• Supervises the raising of sales order and ensuring required approvals.
• Weekly follow up on customers who make orders to find out the pace of sales and any other feedback.
• Collates the weekly report of Sales Reps, send to the Sales Manager and gives feedback on reports submitted.
• Raise weekly floats for Sales Reps and follows up on the order until float is paid to all desired party.
• Weekly follow up of the progress of Sales Representatives.
• Creates and constantly updates details of customers in an Excel sheet.
• Daily reconciliation of Sales records with Account.
• Weekly reconciliation of Sales records with Store records.
• Communicating with customers and recording their feedback.

Job Specification

• Applicant must possess minimum of a B.Sc/HND in Marketing or any related discipline.
• Minimum of two years experience as a Sales Admin Officer or experience in any similar role.
• Applicant must be willing to relocate to Agbara, Ogun state.
• Good organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft office.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must possess excellent knowledge of record keeping and file management skill.
• Good customer care skills.
