    Power Consultant

    Position

    • The Power Consultant is a full-time sales role. The ideal individual would be one who possesses the charisma and confidence to generate sales lead for our Infinity product and ensure closure of that same lead. The individual must be vibrant and have social status to be able to sell the product; Our ZOLA INFINITY  is an elite product.
    • The Power Consultant is primarily responsible for selling and meeting the sales targets for high-value energy solutions (ZOLA INFINITY), this includes doing face to face or virtual presentations in a designated sales area, making follow up on assigned leads and closing sales. Power Consultants is able to have in-depth conversations with potential customers about their energy situation and find the appropriate solution for the customer.

    Requirements

    • Power Consultants must understand the key performance indicators (KPIs) for the role and frequency required to achieve these goals.
    • Power Consultant’s core responsibility is to sell ZOLA  INFINITY SKU. To achieve his/her sales target he/she must:
      • Manage lead pipeline and convert leads through the ZOLA Sales methodology (DQ). Must use customer names, pictures and stories to build trust
      • Manage key contacts in their designated sales area i.e organisational contact etc.
    • Power Consultants must listen to customers, analyse their energy situation and recommend an appropriate solution for them

    Other information

    • PowerConsultant must adhere all business processes and policies
    • Power Consultant is expected to actively and proactively seek  for support and information for clarity on processes and policies
    • Power Consultant must be an ambassador for the brand always i.e. always branded in ZOLA kit, live the ZOLA values.
