Responsibilities
1.) Answer telephone, screen and direct calls;take and relay messages.
2.) Provide information to callers,greet persons entering organization
3.) Direct persons to correct destination
4.) Deal with queries from the public and customers also ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
5.) Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
6.) Provide general administrative and clerical support and must prepare correspondence and documents.
Qualifications and Requirements
1.) Minimum of OND from any Nigerian polytechnic.
2.) Must have good communication skill in both verbal and written with excellent interpersonal skills.
3.) Not more than 28 years but not older than 35 years in next birthday.
4.) Must be friendly with Microsoft applications and good knowledge of EXCEL is an added advantage.
5.) Must be smart with good time management and posses the I CAN DO ability.
