    Service Engineer

    Job Description

    • We are currently in need of a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to support the existing Service team in providing high level of after sales service and customer service.

    Job Responsibilities 
    includes but are not limited to the following:

    • Will perform hands-on maintenance on electrical automation in Air conditioning
    • Disassemble, inspect, trouble shoot, repair and replace part and re-assemble systems and accessories in a field service and/or shop environment.
    • Carry out risk assessment before each job.
    • Maintain and operate machinery for tools
    • Prepare quotes for out-of-warranty repairs.
    • Assist leaders by identifying and providing solutions to service and warranty concerns.
    • Identify the root cause of mechanical, electrical and systematic failures.

    Requirements

    • Must be a holder of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
    • Must have knowledge about Electrical automation in Air conditioning
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
    • Must have good interpersonal skills for daily interaction with customers and fellow employees, with proactive, friendly and problem-solving approach.
    • Capable to work in environments ranging from a workshop to on-site
    • Analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose systemic problems.

    Service Technician

    Job Description

    • We are in need of a skilled and motivated Service technician to support the existing Service team in providing high level of after sales service and customer service.

    Responsibilities
    Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    • Reviewing blueprints, installing air conditioning systems,
    • Testing systems for proper functioning
    • Performing emergency repairs, maintaining tools, ordering supplies, and making routine adjustments to maximize operational efficiency
    • Record data when inspecting systems, such as temperature of equipment, fuel consumption and hours of operation
    • Sell service contracts to clients in order to ensure long-term client relationships.
    • Carry out risk assessment before each job

    Sales Officer

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    1) Cold Calling in designated coverage cluster

    2) Generate Leads and Manage Funnel of Hot/Warm/Cold calls for Sales  

    3) Create Sales Pitch and related communication materials

    4) Work with Regional Head-Sales on sales and marketing Plan

    5) Conduct Sales Meetings with Clients

    Sales Coordinator

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
    • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
    • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
    • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
    • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;

    • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • team player with high level of dedication
    • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
