Job Description
- We are currently in need of a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to support the existing Service team in providing high level of after sales service and customer service.
Job Responsibilities
includes but are not limited to the following:
- Will perform hands-on maintenance on electrical automation in Air conditioning
- Disassemble, inspect, trouble shoot, repair and replace part and re-assemble systems and accessories in a field service and/or shop environment.
- Carry out risk assessment before each job.
- Maintain and operate machinery for tools
- Prepare quotes for out-of-warranty repairs.
- Assist leaders by identifying and providing solutions to service and warranty concerns.
- Identify the root cause of mechanical, electrical and systematic failures.
Requirements
- Must be a holder of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Must have knowledge about Electrical automation in Air conditioning
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Must have good interpersonal skills for daily interaction with customers and fellow employees, with proactive, friendly and problem-solving approach.
- Capable to work in environments ranging from a workshop to on-site
- Analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose systemic problems.

- Reviewing blueprints, installing air conditioning systems,
- Testing systems for proper functioning
- Performing emergency repairs, maintaining tools, ordering supplies, and making routine adjustments to maximize operational efficiency
- Record data when inspecting systems, such as temperature of equipment, fuel consumption and hours of operation
- Sell service contracts to clients in order to ensure long-term client relationships.

2) Generate Leads and Manage Funnel of Hot/Warm/Cold calls for Sales
3) Create Sales Pitch and related communication materials

6) Maintain an update of communication with clients
7) Sales Officer-Wireless requires many soft skills with an understanding of technical aspects.
8) Developing sales pitches and materials using self-conducted market analysis
9) Make use of sales management techniques
10)Sales Officer-Wireless manage and develop sales of wireless internet soutions to customers in a predefined cluster
REQUIREMENTS
1) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Statistics or a related field.
2) 3-5 years of relevant sales experience
3) Direct sales experience from Banking, Insurance, Media (Ad Space Selling), E-Commerce sector preferred.
