Job Description

• The Quality Assurance Tester test the overall performance of all the applications developed by Kobo360..
• The QA Tester test cases, scripts, plans and procedures that ensure development of content, interaction as specified by the technical documents (Instructional Use Case Document and Technical Design Document).
• The QA Tester follows established industry standards to test the software and applications at specified milestones and reports issues into a database.
• The QA Tester maintains a defect database and in coordination with team leads and perform regressions as needed.
• The QA Tester assist on the field testing of the applications and makes recommendations to proper implementation: Technical Documentation, Defect Reporting, Testing, Technical Support, and Communication.

Requirements
Qualifications Required:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences or related field, or equivalent.

Qualifications Preferred:

• Knowledgeable of an issue management system like Jira. 2 years of experience as a QA tester.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Ability to Demonstrate: Attention to Detail, Passion for Learning, Understanding of How People Learn, Strong Visualization Skills, Creative & Analytic Problem-Solving Skills, Organization Skills, Active Listening Skills, Technology Skills, Innovation & Creativity, and People Skills
• Knowledge of: Quality Management Software, One or more programming languages, Agile environment (SCRUM), and Automated testing tools
