    Sales Executive (Steel)

    We are seeking to hire a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities.

    The candidate must have worked in a Steel company for about two years or more. The Sales Executive will help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
    • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
    • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
    • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
    • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations

    Education, General Requirements and Skills

    • Proven experience as a Sales Executive  in a Steel Company
    • Proficiency in English
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
    • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
    • Fast learner and passion for sales
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
    • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

    Client Relationship Manager

    We are seeking to hire a Client Relationship Executive who will create and nurture long-term relationships with customers. The candidate will be responsible for resolving whatever issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services. Candidates with experience in an Automobile industry will be preferred.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Managing incoming customer calls for Service & Parts request.
    • Providing the right details to customer about the product, nearest service & parts availability to customer over the phone / email. Recording all the customer queries.
    • Recording the customer complaint and forwarding it to respective RSM through Email for resolution to close within lead time.
    • Follow up with RSM and ensure to close the complaint.
    • Taking service details from RSM and calling customer over phone to take post service feed back
    • Preparing monthly MIS of complaint, post service feedback and customer queries.

    EDUCATION, ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

    • BSC/HND in Management or any related courses
    • Proven experience as a Client Relationship Executive in an Automobile Industry
    • Good communication skills ( Both written & verbal)
    • Must know English and major languages of Nigeria to communicate with customers and DAG team.
    • Must have exposure to computer such as Email, MS excel.

    Accounts and Logistics Officer

    JOB SUMMARY

    We are seeking to hire an Account and Logistic Officer to support our Sales team and provide quality customer service. The candidate will be responsible for preparing sales proposals, updating internal databases with client and contract details and conducting market research. He/she will be responsible for overseeing warehouse, inventory control, material handling, customer service, transportation and planning workers.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITY

    • Daily invoicing of vehicles and preparation of waybill for the branch
    • Ensure records and files are maintained in order and kept safe for future reference.
    • Filing of the papers is to be done on daily basis.
    • Liaison with Government & Private Agencies  Branch head was in tours and  updating the same to Manager/branch head whenever requirement
    • Stock Inward Entries in System on the receipt of Stock
    • Preparation of Branch MIS including Sales Reports, Stock Report and sending the same to HO on Daily basis
    • Assisting the Branch Head in the administration of the branch

    EDUCATION, GENERAL REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

    • BSC/HND in Accounting or other related discipline
    • Proven experience as an Account and Logistics Officer
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Time-management abilities
