VSO is opening up to the public the sale by submission through closed and confidential bids for some of its used assets. The under listed items are VSO assets to be disposed through bidding process.

BID INFORMATION:

2. Item description must be clearly stated as the subject of the bid submission
3. Bid value must be clearly stated in figure and word.

5. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the name of the item bided for clearly written on top right hand corner of the envelope
BID SUBMISSION:
All interested buyers are encouraged to submit their bids at the latest by Tuesday September 10th, 2019 (2:00pm) at VSO office, No.5, Mustapha Akanbi Close, Off 69 Road, Gwarimpa, Abuja. Bids must be placed in the box made available for the sale of used items in the VSO office.

FEEDBACK
The most preferred bidder will be communicated to via email provided in their bid submission on Wednesday 11th September, 2019.
PAYMENT TERMS:
1. Minimum of 50% down payment to be made immediately while the balance made within 2 (2) working days of receiving the bid feedback.
2. All sales are final.
3. Payment will be made to VSO designated bank account that will be provided to the successful bidder. VSO will issue receipt for payment upon bank confirmation.
