    Job Description

    • Sell luxury houses.
    • Coordinate teams of Marketing Executives
    • Plan and strategize towards meeting individual and group revenue target.
    • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
    • Actively contribute to the conceptualization of marketing strategies to ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded.
    • Identify the key metrics for growth and operational efficiency and diligently track, interprete and report them to management.
    • Produce and deliver sales action plan in line with the company’s strategic objectives.
    • Participating and arranging site inspections to activate sales transactions.
    • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company’s product portfolio.
    • Preparing offer letters/contract of sale for new clients.
    • Constantly source new and viable clients.
    • Participate in research and providing market intelligence reports regularly or as necessary.
    • Contribute in developing and advising on marketing communication materials to promote the company, its products and services.
    • Oversee negotiations concerning the sale of houses.

    Develop weekly work plans and write weekly outcome and status reports.

    Job Specification:

    • Bachelor's Degree from any reputable University.
    • Minimum of Six (6) years Sales/Marketing experience in Construction/Property Development/Real Estate Company as Marketing Executive/MarketingOfficer/Marketing Manager/Business Development Manager, with track record of goodsales and accomplishments.
    • Candidates must possess ability to sell luxury houses.
    • Good communication skill (Oral and written) is essential.
    • Good leadership quality and ability to manage a team
    • Proficient with the use of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

    Finance and Admin. Associate

    Reporting Line:         Reports to Finance and Admin. Manager

    Salary:                        Commensurate with industry standard

    Job Description

    • Maintains record of assets and liabilities of the organisation.
    • Provides administrative and accounting support to Finance and Admin Manager
    • Regularly updates client financial records
    • Processes payment transactions
    • Cash management and disbursement
    • Regular tax remittance and filling of returns with the appropriate authorities
    • Fleet management and inspection
    • Periodic account reconciliation with marketing, sales and store departments
    • Assists in client account management including account opening, updating and reconciliation
    • Assists with general account and administrative activities
    • Assists in keeping financial records in line with accounting regulations
    • Provides data to line manager to verify deposits with financial institutions to ensure accurate records
    • Carries out banking activities/transactions as may be directed by line manager
    • Assists in managing the company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
    • Assists in managing the day-to-day operations of the Finance & Accounts department
    • Prepares weekly, monthly and annual reports of finance and administrative activities.
    • Ensures that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
    • Performing all day-to-day accounting operations (Accounts payable, receivables, bank reconciliations, tax preparations and remittances, profit & loss preparation etc).
    • Performs other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

    Job Specification:

    • Possess minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from a reputable University.
    • Minimum of one (1) year experience in Accounting/Finance and Administrative related role.
    • Good communication skill (Oral and written) is essential.
    • Proficient with the use of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
