Responsibilities

• Sourcing potential new customers and maintaining regular contact with existing customers
• Traveling to demonstrate products and educating potential customers about the functions of the product
• Fully understanding customer’s needs and requirements
• Providing advice about the advantages of particular software, services, equipment or products
• Persuading potential customers to purchase products, leading price negotiations, and closing sales
• Training of staff, and team on the effective use of products and application knowledge areas
• Advising customers of updates and new technologies -Being familiar with competitors' activities and products
• Putting together proposals and tender documents
• Meeting sales and commission targets.

Requirements

• Preferably Female
• Candidate must possess at least a B. Sc / HND in a Science-related or Technical field.
• Able to communicate clearly and possess skills in sales and marketing.
• Not below 3 year experience in a similar job position
• Experience in conducting presentations or selling software solutions is an added advantage.
• Experience in conducting presentations or selling cleaning or painting services is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Raise request for jobs on Software application
• Submit weekly open and closed requests
• To perform other IT support tasks as shown or requested by senior technical staff.
• Provide support to and assist IT technical team personnel as necessary.
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Ability to schedule coordinate and run through a software demo with prospective clients is an added advantage
• Experience of supporting others and troubleshoot issues
• Prioritise assigned tasks dependent on urgency and understanding of company/department requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work under own initiative
• Ability to communicate well with people of all technical or non-technical levels and experiences, in order to explain faults and corrective actions to be taken
• A willingness to learn and develop in the role
• Able to effectively time manage and meet deadlines
• Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

Requirements
