Community Representatives (HCHP) at Healthsure Nigeria

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Employees working as Community Mobilizers and Demand Creators for the HealthSure Community Health Plan (HCHP) shall work directly with the Program Assistant (HCHP) and be responsible for the following:
- Sensitizing and mobilizing individuals or groups/associations regarding HCHP
- Registration and enrolment of interested community members/groups into HCHP
- Follow up with each enrolee/registered member
- Give weekly reports at Head Office at a scheduled time

REQUIREMENTS
Interested candidates MUST be target driven, achievement oriented, fluent (in English and Yoruba), not timid/shy, committed to excellence, honest and with unmatched interpersonal skill. Candidate MUST be interested in community health and development program, RESIDENT in Osun state, especially in Osogbo (those in Osogbo will be given priority).
