Job Description

• Due to business expansion, we require Business Managers to be responsible for the day to day operations of the site.
• They will also be responsible to increase market share and profitability, budgetary management, overseeing operational standards, succession Planning, setting goals for their teams in line with the operational strategy and enhancing the customer experience.
• He/she will effectively manage the cinemas to meet business objectives by providing effective leadership and management to the team and ensuring that all policies and procedures are adhered to.

Person Specifications

• Minimum of a Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
• Must have Retail outlet and hospitality experience.
• Proven ability to drive excellent Customers satisfaction experience is a must
• Motivation of team to drive the business growth
