About the Role:
You will be responsible for providing administrative assistant at Managing Director / Group Executive level within the Group. Taking on the role of 'Gate Keeper' and providing executive support on business and personal matters as required.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual that is highly motivated, enthusiastic; extremely organised and has a high level of energy.
Desired Skills and Experience
Providing Executive support
Attending to daily enquiries for your Manager
Co-ordinating schedules, travel arrangements, meetings and events
Preparing and editing communications, correspondence, presentations and other documents as and when required
Designing and maintaining office databases
Liaising with internal staff at all levels as well as external clients
Attending business meetings
Any ad hoc requests for the business
Preparing weekly and/or monthly reports
What we are looking for:
Working in an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant role supporting senior management for at least 6 years
Must have excellent English written and oral skills and be able to communicate at all levels
Attention to detail and exceptional time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Problem analysis and problem solving
Honest, trustworthy and confident
