We are seeking to hire a creative digital marketing associate who has a passion to drive social change with a healthy lifestyle brand. Our business helps our clients who are residents in Lagos to live a healthy lifestyle using meal planning and professional advice. As a digital marketing associate, you will drive online engagement (web and social media) and be responsible for growing brand awareness by engaging with customers. You would also handle order fulfillment and track sales records daily.
Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for creating and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content (for all digital marketing channels and ads)
• Drive brand awareness on social media.
• You will identify and engaging target customers on social media platforms.
• Increase our social credibility by gaining followers and subsequently converting them to customers.
• Monitoring online reviews and responding to each review timely and with care.
• Receive orders online, monitor such orders from point of receipt and delivery
• You will also be a point of contact by handling customer inquiry/complaints via social channels or the telephone.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices and apply relevant learning to work.

Requirements:

• Experience in digital marketing either in a professional capacity or as a freelancer with a track record of managing important brands.
• Creative thinking and writing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong time management
• Ability to work within a team and act in a leadership capacity when required
• Photography skills are highly desired
