Responsibilities

• Establishing relationships with the clients of the company.
• Ensuring that the needs of the clients are met so that they are satisfied and leads to increase in the profit of the organization.
• Employing sales skills in order to achieve the sales target.
• Identifying as well developing sources in order to get more clients.
• Interacting with clients via telephone and written communication.
• Maintaining accurate data bases about current as well as potential clients.
• Advising management about the client needs.
• Taking enquiry details from client accurately.
• Preparing weekly reports as required by management
• Facilities Management: Overseeing the maintenance of facilities and Ensuring timely resolution of facilities related issues.

Qualifications

• The successful applicant must be educated to degree standard (or equivalent)
• 3-5 years experience in a related field.
