Senior Bid Analyst at a Fast Growing Company

Job Summary: The Senior Bid Analyst  will be responsible for the acquisition of new clients and businesses for the company, planning and forecasting operational requirements,sourcing vessels  both locally and internationally, establishing and monitoring progress of projects against key performance indicators for the business unit, and should have in-depth industry knowledge and functional skill in oil and gas logistics, especially in Marine Logistics/Support and Security Services.

Candidate must ...

• Have very strong industry knowledge,
• Have good understanding of contract Mgt. (bids, tenders, negotiations),
• Capacity to engage  the oil & gas regulators ( DPR, NNPC/NAPIMS, NIMASA, IOCs, NOCs, and third parties) successfully,
• Excellent knowledge of Vessels types  and specifications.
• Strong interpersonal, written n communication skills,
• Strong leadership/managerial skill.
• Good knowledge of the Nigerian Content Development processes and IMO regulations.
