    Ticketing and Reservations Officer

    Details:

    • Excellent Client relationship management skills
    • Handle customers flight requests and make reservations promptly
    • Handle local and international hotel requests
    • Advise clients properly on all available options for competitive fares, best routes, airline rules, etc
    • Corporate Account management
    • Check daily queues and manifests
    • Ticket issuance, reissue
    • Any other assigned duties
    • 4 years and above experience in a reputable travel management company
