JOB BRIEF
We are searching for a dynamic and experienced leader tjoin our company in the role of CE(Chief Executive Officer). The Chief Executive Officer will work closely with the Board of Directors, serving as managing director of corporate operations and as the main link between the different divisions within the company. The ideal candidate for this position should have previous corporate management experience and a proven track record of effective team management and results-driven leadership.

CERESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide inspired leadership company wide.
• Make high-level decisions about policy and strategy.
• Report tthe board of directors and keep them informed.
• Develop and implement operational policies and a strategic plan.
• Act as the primary spokesperson for the company.
• Develop the companys culture and run with company vision.
• Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale.
• Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
• Work with the executive board tdetermine values and mission, and plan for short- and long-term goals.
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the YBLN.
• Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
• Oversee day-to-day operation of the company.
• Work closely with the human resource department tensure great hiring.

CEREQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree or masters degree in a relevant discipline or MBA.
• Experience in a senior management position.
• Have passion for Nigeria and solving her unemployment issues.
• Ability tbuild consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce.
• Understanding of human resources and personnel management.
• Experience with corporate governance.
• Ability tunderstand new issues quickly and make wise decisions.
• Ability tinspire confidence and create trust.
• Ability twork under pressure, plan personal workload effectively and delegate.
• 1o-15years work experience. 5 years must be in Senior Management function.
• Candidates shouldnt be more than 45years by December 2019.
