Job Description 

• Prepare monthly expense budget, audit daily expenses and report on same on daily basis to the MD
• Prepare revenue forecast, liaise with the Sales Team Lead/Human Resources to keep abreast with performance on same
• Create and maintain relevant accounting books, files and records to document financial transactions
• Prepare monthly financial reports and present during MPRs
• Reconciliation of banks statements which includes courier delivery, diesel supply, payables, receivables
• Request and manage credit note from clients
• Liaise with Human Resources to oversee payroll and pay slip preparation, pension, PAYE
• Handle logistics which involves vetting all deliveries, verifying courier invoices and making weekly reports on same
• Handle reconciliation of cash sales, POS receipts and transfers, accounts payable and receivable for all locations and making weekly reports on same to the
• Advise and maintain Government accounting policies and regulation for the Company; these includes PAYE, VAT, WHT, business promises, pension
• Ensure cost effectiveness which includes blocking production wastages, managing expenses and general operating cost

Job Requirement

• Minimum of a HND qualification
• Good knowledge of accounting software (SAGE)
• Minimum of a-one year experience
• Must not be above 29 years of age
• Must possess critical analytical thinking ability
