Position Summary:

Focus on contacting current customers via telephone to drive conversions on Blackbet.ng

Key Responsibilities:

• Growing Blackbet’s customer base and revenue by signing up sports bettors in Nigeria.
• Converting inquiries into sales by contacting potential customers.
• Contribute to overall team sales by meeting monthly individual targets as well as the team target.
• Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to use Blackbet.
• Recommend Blackbet’s offers and promotions to potential customers to upsell.
• Provide customers with product and services information.
• Stay up-to-date with new Blackbet products/services.
• Follow up on initial contacts by contacting by telephone.
• Record all telephone interactions appropriately on the CRM.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints when the need arises.
• Identify and escalate priority issues with customers.
