Job description
• Ensures achievement of sales drivers for Area
• Works with regional sales manager and HR to build personal sales capability
• Ensures retail distribution scheme is deployed to gain full return on company's investment
• Manages recommended price compliance in retail outlets
• Ensures promotional activity is in the right outlets and well managed
• Ensure effective customer/business development to counter competitive activities in the retail territory.
Requirements
• Graduate with minimum 3 years commercial expertise gained across Sales/Consumer Marketing or Sales Management
• Good communication skills – written and verbal
• Good IT skills
• High degree of integrity
• Good inter personal skills
• Geographically mobile.
• Healthy and physically fit.
• Experienced driver with valid license
