The company is hereby recruiting for the post of Graduate customer Service Representatives.

    Customer Service Representatives


    Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

    •     Provide a friendly, efficient and professional customer service experience using phone and email.
    •     Deal with and respond to all customer contact received by phone and email in a professional manner within agreed service levels.
    •     Produce reports as requested using relevant systems.
    •     Provide operational, administrative and analytical support to the Operations Manager and any ad hoc tasks that arise within the business enviroment
    •     Investigate customer issues with 3rd party partners and brands to a satisfactory conclusion

    Person Specification
    ·         Must have previous customer service experience, minimum of one year.
    ·         Must be a confident and strong communicator in order to deal with varying customer issues, build strong relationships with internal teams as well as with 3rd party.
    ·         Must possess numerical skills and an analytical mind in order to successfully investigate customer issues, interpret reports and data with ease.
    ·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    ·         Positive outlook to problem solving and a high degree of accuracy and attention to details.
    ·         Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
    ·         Work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks in terms of importance/urgency
