Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Person Specification
· Must have previous customer service experience, minimum of one year.
· Must be a confident and strong communicator in order to deal with varying customer issues, build strong relationships with internal teams as well as with 3rd party.
· Must possess numerical skills and an analytical mind in order to successfully investigate customer issues, interpret reports and data with ease.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Positive outlook to problem solving and a high degree of accuracy and attention to details.
· Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
· Work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks in terms of importance/urgency
