    Site Foreman

    Job Description

    • We are looking for an ambitious Construction Foreman to join our team! As a Construction Foreman, your main responsibility will be to manage and coordinate construction sites.
    • We are expecting you to have a solid experience in construction, outstanding leadership personality and ability to make basic decisions in complex situations.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Plan, implement and manage construction tasks in accordance with priorities and goals.
    • Produce employee and project schedules.
    • Manage and monitor attendance and work.
    • Adhere to relevant safety regulations.
    • Manage and guide the use of machinery and equipment.
    • Monitor expenditures.

    Job Description

    • We are searching for an organized and detail-oriented storekeeper to manage all of the operations in our storeroom. In this position, you’ll play a key role in the proper care and maintenance of our stock, including ordering, receiving, and managing inventory.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
    • Receive, unload, and shelve supplies.
    • Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies.
    • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.
    • Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses.

    • Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Revit, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar)
    • Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions.
    • Visual awareness and an eye for detail.
    • Communication and basic project management skills.
    • Minimum BSc degree in Architecture.
