    Commercial Analyst

    Role Summary/Purpose:    
    The role of Commercial operations analyst requires to have experience in the administration side of commercial operations. Focussing on order pricing through to execution and delivery. This role demands high level of attention to detail, ability to work with several cross regional and funciton teams. The individual has to be very adept at multitasking , working under some pressure to deliver desired value to the customer whilst ensuring the revenue targets are met in a compliant manner.
    Essential Responsibilities:     The Commercial Analyst is responsible for defined work or projects with moderate complexity. In this role you will follow an individual work plan, meet day-to-day short-term objectives, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.
    · Work with the Region Sales / commerical team, support proposal generation (low to medium complex projects) across the Core with the intent of developing winning strategies to leverage successful deal closures.

    Commercial Operations ITR Manager

    Role Summary/Purpose:    
    Located in Lagos / Onne the Commercial Operations ITR Manager plays a key role in driving growth and margin expansion across several regional and global business streams. Primarily responsible for preparing bids and tenders for all ITT’s (invitations to tender), preparation of quotes and orders, contract renewals, handover, contract management and execution through to remittance. The Commercial Operations ITR Manager must follow all business process processes to completion.

    Essential Responsibilities:    
    The Commercial Operations ITR Manager demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy.

    - Review sales enquiries, allocate enquiry to relevant proposal coordinators
    - Ensure bid / proposal tracking and risk tool processes are instigated and maintained
    - Manage an effective document control system ensuring material relating to the customer is properly registered, circulated, controlled and easily accessible to the commercial team
    - Schedule, participate and where appropriate lead kick-off meetings and commercial risk reviews (R0/R1/R2/RRC)

    - Basic understanding of manufacturing systems and active site operations
    - Strong communicator, able to successfully manage multiple priorities for demanding internal and external stakeholders
    - Requirement to travel both within Nigeria and globally to support commercial ITR operations
    - Excellent computing skills, particularly Microsoft Office, with Oracle knowledge an advantage

    National Account Manager

    Role Summary/Purpose:    
    The candidate will be responsible for leading and strategically growing our National Account Portfolio
    Reporting to the Oil&Gas Country Executive, He/She will be responsible for the effective and profitable management of National Accounts. In this role he/she will be primarily focused on growing and maintaining existing accounts.

    Essential Responsibilities:    
    - Develop multiyear strategy for business growth that includes an understanding of assigned accounts, their business, their strategy and their needs with a clear understanding of the organization protocol for these accounts

    EPC Senior Project Director

    Role Summary/Purpose:    
    The EPC Project Director leads and directs cross-functional teams responsible for delivering defined projects on time, maintaining budget and deliver quality results within GE Oil & Gas Nigeria. The PD plans, organizes, monitors, and oversees a specific Customer facing EPC project to meet defined requirements or business specifications and has primary responsibility for defining, planning, tracking and managing the enterprise project, identifying key resources and providing overall direction.

    Essential Responsibilities:    
    - In liaison with the ITO organization, negotiate and agree Contract Ts & Cs, including all clarifications and exceptions, during the Bid/Award phase.
    - Following Award, and through the Contract Review process, translate the agreed Ts & Cs into PL Statements of Work and/or Purchase Orders in order to establish the internal scope of work.
    - Based on the Bid model, and in conjunction with the relevant Functional managers, establish the core project team, effectively communicate Project Goals and Objectives within the local EPC teams and also the PL teams.
    - Define project start-up priorities and instigate generation of lower level plans and deliverable documents by the team(s).
    - Introduce and maintain an effective Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental culture. Identify and record all QHSE, Technical and Commercial risks facing the project, ensuring these are recorded and mitigation plans are put in place and effectively executed and monitored.
    - Manages Customer relations.
    - Manages external and internal interfaces.
    - Establish the project cost model and invoicing/payments schedule.
    - Generate, in conjunction with the designated Commercial Manager, all appropriate cost reporting templates and continually monitor, control and report on cost performance throughout the project life cycle. Meet or exceed, margin targets as determined by the Business, avoiding Liquidated Damages (LDs).
    - Throughout the project execution phase, effectively manage Customer instigated Change Orders, including their internal price clearance, submission and negotiation, implementation and tracking.
    - Consolidate and negotiate internally generated Variation Order on behalf of the P&Ls.
    - Ensure schedule, safety and environmental impacts of all changes (in addition to cost) and maximize opportunities for margin growth through the change process.
    - Provide a high level of professional leadership to the Project Team in order to meet all assigned program and financial targets, meeting, or exceeding, margin forecasts.
    - Lead and develop the project team, fostering Continuing Professional Development (in conjunction with the relevant Functional Managers) and initiates team building activities.
    - Develop and implement procedures for reporting progress and issues in order to satisfy Customer and Company requirements.
    - Continually review the Project Team performance against internal Company performance standards, ensuring Company requirements in terms of product quality, delivery performance, commercial targets and Customer satisfaction are met or improved upon.
    - Integration management.
    - Continually identify/capture Lessons Learnt and drive closure.
    - Lead the “Project close-out” process.
    - Attend and lead Customer / internal reviews as per established calendar/rhythm.

    Qualifications/Requirements:    
    - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent from an accredited university or college
    - At least 5 additional years of experience in project management
    - Oil & Gas or relevant industry experience
    - At least 5 additional years of experience in project management at Senior Project Engineering level
    - Exposure to high capital value projects in a multi-disciplined environment

    Senior Systems Engineer

    Role Summary/Purpose:
    The Subsea Lead Systems Engineer has local Engineering Management responsibility for the Execution Phase of an Engineering/Procurement/Construction Subsea Project. Reporting directly to the EPC Project Engineering Manager, this is a senior level role working in a high profile function of GE Oil & Gas.

    Essential Responsibilities:    
    - Delivery of all engineering and technical aspects of an EPC project
    - Manages the overall Project Engineering budget and schedule

    EPC Fabrication & Construction Site Manager

    Role Summary/Purpose:    
    The Fabrication & Construction Site Manager is responsible for all operational aspects of the in-country construction and testing (FAT, EFAT) for the subcontracted work scope. This includes the management of the Site Construction Team (SCT) and the direction of the Subcontractor, to ensure on time delivery of the project (Schedule), on budget (Cost) and in accordance with the project quality and EHS requirement.

    Essential Responsibilities:    
    The Fabrication & Construction Site Manager demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy.
    - Directly responsible for site operations on Projects including site management, technical advisory services, Field execution performance (quality, schedule, EHS & Cost), customer Net Promoter Score (NPS). This includes from the proposal phase through installation, commissioning until final acceptance, on assigned extended scope projects
    - Responsible to develop field execution strategies, site staffing estimates, customer/ constructor meetings, and tender documents
    - Oversees the subcontracting process, pre-qualifications, and commercial structure; bid packages, negotiation through final award
    - Review and critique Fabrication Site Mobilization and Site Execution plan
    - Fabrication Site Mobilization including arrangements for Accommodation & offices for fabrication site team(s)
    - Management of the Site Construction team including holiday roster/rotation etc.
    - Create, issue and update the Site Execution Plan
    - Convene formal kick-off meeting including HSE kick-off for the SCT and Sub-contractors
    - Ensure compliance with Quality and Health, Environment and Safety requirements by SCT and Subcontractor as being a Key factor in the success of the project
    - Supervise the construction and testing of manifolds at Site in accordance with the project and site execution plan
    - Responsible for the delivering the MCS work scope including associated documentation to the project schedule.
    - Scheduling and prioritizing equipment completion per milestones plan and scheduled completion dates
    - Liaise with engineering organization for support with respect to technical queries and timely problem resolution.
    - Local implementation of all plans and procedures and in particular Fabrication Site Plans/Procedures.
    - Report back to MCS Team, including the MCS PM and SCM, with respect to schedule adherence, progress, input to KPI's, weekly and monthly reporting requirements
    - Liaise with SIT/installation manager with regards to preparation for SIT at site.
    Convene and chair FAT/EFAT test readiness reviews ensuring the involvement of the HSE Manager.
    - Local management of on-site QA Support ensuring initiation, communication and management of clear system of punch list control
    - Liaise with Logistics and Materials Management to assist in expediting and customs clearances.
    - Review and critique the Field Materials Management and Warehousing Plan.
    - Execute the Field Materials Management and Warehousing Plan assuring materials and finished goods storage compliance
    - Ensure robust systems in place for Goods Receiving Inspection and Damage Reporting for inter-company shipments
    - Implement the work site security Plan and ensure the work site is secure
    - Ensure Weekly MEL Data Updates are provided to MEL/EDL Administrator
    - Ensure documentation is deliverable in accordance with the Supplier Documentation List.
    - Ensure major GRR's that impact delivered equipment are raised without delay and expedited through the system to resolution
    - Be familiar with the customer complaint system and how to initiate a complaint when necessary
    - Local implementation of Schedul

    Qualifications/Requirements:    
    - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited university or college
    - At least 10 additional years of experience in a project management, construction, engineering or related role.
    - At least 5 years in a leadership position
    - Subsea projects with at least 7 years at Site Manager level.
    - Solid knowledge of the Oil & Gas sector, in particular subsea solutions.

    Role Summary/Purpose:    
    The Senior Manager - Project Management demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives.
